Telehealth counselling across Australia

As an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, I provide counselling using evidence-based, goal-focused strategies. Sessions are offered via telehealth and can be a video call or phone call — whichever feels most accessible for you.

I live and work on Kaurna Country (Adelaide, South Australia) and provide telehealth support to people anywhere in Australia.

  • Trauma processing and coping skills
  • Emotional, sensory and nervous system regulation
  • Anxiety, including generalised anxiety, social anxiety, panic and specific phobias
  • Living well with chronic mental or physical health conditions
  • Self-acceptance, identity exploration, unmasking and self-discovery
  • Grief and loss, including non-finite loss and living grief

Sessions are collaborative and practical. Depending on your goals, we might be:

  • Working on skill-building and nervous system support
  • Processing emotions, experiences or patterns
  • Reviewing goals and progress

If you have specific sensory, communication or access needs, adjustments can be planned together.

  • Crisis or emergency support
  • Medico-legal or court reports
  • Formal diagnostic assessments
  • Couples or families counselling
